Soft and comfortable. This chair is made of high quality and ease of operation.

User slides down on leather and often moves out of position in it. It is also, very heavy.

Very slow delivery. Perfect condition. Customer service excellent, except it is impossible to obtain any information regarding a method of some kind to hold the super nice & practicable arm and head covers in place.It seems impossible to accomplish without some kind of safe adhesive. Perhaps Velcro? We are happy to have them and must find a way to make use of such a desirable product.
